Loi anti-Amazon: les frais de port des livres à 1 centime d’euro!

Le géant du commerce en ligne a dû se plier à la loi « anti-Amazon », qui est entrée en vigueur aujourd’hui, jeudi 10 juillet 2014. Elle prévoit que les commerçants vendant des livres en ligne ne pourront plus cumuler les frais d’envoi offerts et la réduction de 5% sur le tarif éditeur (loi Lang). Un dispositif censé aider les librairies physiques face à ses concurrents présents sur la toile, tels qu’Amazon ou encore la Fnac.

Et si l’entreprise américaine a bel et bien mis à jour toutes ses fiches produits, elle propose désormais les frais d’expédition à 1 centime d’euro, comme expliqué sur le site: « 0,01 euros pour toute commande contenant un livre sans minimum d’achat. Gratuit à partir de 25,00 euros d’achat pour les commandes ne contenant pas de livre« .

En revanche, cette nouvelle règle ne s’applique pas aux clients Premium, qui payent un abonnement de 49 euros par an. Dans tous les cas, les frais de port seront toujours gratuits pour eux.
