Yahoo Mail, Flickr, Tumblr : « rupture » totale avec Facebook et Google ?
La patronne de Yahoo Marissa Mayer a décidé de relancer la machine Yahoo et compte pour cela s’éloigner des services proposés par Google et Facebook ! En effet, Yahoo souhaite que ses utilisateurs utilisent un compte utilisateur spécifique à Yahoo notamment pour accéder au portail mais surtout au service de messagerie Yahoo Mail et aux sites Tumblr et Flickr !
« Yahoo travaille constamment à améliorer l’expérience de ses utilisateurs », explique lundi le groupe américain dans un communiqué souhaitant « offrir une expérience personnalisée de meilleure qualité à tout le monde ». Pour cela, Marissa Mayer souhaite centraliser l’utilisation des services Yahoo comme Tumblr, Flickr ou Yahoo Mail via un compte unique Yahoo !
Si les refontes de Yahoo Mail et Yahoo Finance sont en cours, Yahoo souhaite également en savoir plus sur ses utilisateurs en leur proposant (imposant) de créer un compte unique. Yahoo travaille donc activement à contrer Google Plus ou encore le Facebook Connect pour protéger ses services et stocker de la data sur ses utilisateurs ! A suivre…
